Stockport entrepreneur named one of the UK’s most inspiring female founders
The founder of a marketing company with a positive spirit has been named as one of the UK’s most inspirational and dynamic female entrepreneurs by the f:Entrepreneur ‘#ialso100’ campaign.
Karen Webber, who lives in Marple, is being profiled alongside 100 female entrepreneurs as part of a campaign to celebrate the many varied achievements of women in business in the UK today.
Her Stockport-based business, Goodness Marketing, is focused on helping small businesses get results using positive strategies including marketing coaching, strategy services, workshops and in-person events.

The f:Entrepreneur campaign was launched in 2017 to raise greater awareness of the impact of incredible female business owners across the country, while also providing inspiration and role models to the wider small business community.
Delivered by Small Business Britain, the campaign offers a host of events, training, and networking opportunities to boost skills, capability, and confidence.
The f:Entrepreneur ‘#ialso100’ lineup sets out to showcase trailblazing female founders who lead purpose-driven businesses alongside a roster of other responsibilities, such as volunteering, mentoring and community support.

Karen has also been recognised for her work as part of the team behind The Ethical Move, a global organisation creating community and conversations around the topic of ethical marketing.
Speaking about her nomination, Karen said: “I love my business and the work I get to do with wonderful small businesses. I have ambitious plans for Goodness Marketing for 2023, so kicking off the year with this recognition has been very exciting.
“It’s a great honour to be named among such inspiring female entrepreneurs as part of this campaign.”
This year’s f:Entrepreneur ‘#ialso100’ campaign celebrates a host of inspiring and resilient female entrepreneurs that have flourished despite the challenges of the past years. Many of the businesses featured in this year’s campaign also demonstrate a huge commitment to championing diversity and inclusion, as well as promoting sustainability.
Both f:Entrepreneur and Small Business Britain were founded by Michelle Ovens CBE, who is also the director of Small Business Saturday UK.
